The main restaurant is The Kitchen, where guests are treated to a variety of culinary experiences ranging from Indian to Italian. East is the resort’s gourmet Thai restaurant, offering a menu-less concept where vibrant dishes are created based on the guests’ preferences. Those looking to dine in a stunning, beachfront setting can enjoy lunch and dinner at The Beach, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine. Vegetarians and vegans are well catered for with delicious plant-based dishes offered as part of LUX* Le Morne's Keen on Green concept.
