Accommodation options at The Residence Mauritius range from 135 rooms offering either garden or ocean views to 28 larger suites perfect for longer stays. Interconnecting rooms are also available for families, with twin beds possible in the second room. Rooms and suites are comfortable and homely, hinting at the traditional colonial style that can be seen throughout the property. The colonial oceanfront rooms are particularly recommended as they offer stunning views looking directly over the turquoise lagoon.
The Residence Mauritius offers a choice of three restaurants. The Dining Room is open for breakfast and dinner and serves international favourites blended with Mauritius flavours. The Plantation meanwhile is set on the beachfront and serves lunch and dinner, specialising in seafood and Creole cuisine. For a lighter lunch, guests can enjoy dishes such as pizzas and salads served at the poolside Verandah restaurant. Not to be missed is afternoon tea in the elegant bar, where guests can also a selection of drinks, including local rums, and live music in the evening.
Facilities at The Residence Mauritius include an excellent spa offering therapeutic treatments inspired by luxury French brand CARITA, along with a sauna and steam room. The watersports centre meanwhile provides a range of non-motorised watersports, and on land there are floodlit tennis courts and beach volleyball. Children are well catered for by The Planters Kids Club, where younger guests can take part in activities such as treasure hunts, cookery classes and picnics.

The Planters Kids club has some amazing facilities and some incredible staff, plenty to keep the kids happy while you take a relaxing dip in the pool.
Children: Children are welcome at The Residence. The Planters Kids Club is open daily between 9am – 10pm where children can enjoy the 400sqm facilities just steps from the beach.
Location: The Residence is located on the East Coast of Mauritius, approximately a 50-minute drive from Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport.
