The main restaurant is The Palm Court, which has a street market-style concept, allowing guests to sample cuisines from around the world. Beach Rouge meanwhile is both a beach club and restaurant, offering Mediterranean cuisine in a chic and laid-back setting. Other dining options include Bodrum Blue, serving Turkish specialities alongside stunning ocean views, BB’s gourmet burger shack and Creole Smokehouse, serving authentic cuisine under the shade of a century-old Banyan tree.
