Children: Children are welcome with under 15s staying free of charge when sharing with two adults. There is a Kids Club with a pool and a child minding service. Children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted in Water Villas, and for children aged 8 - 14 years old a waiver must be signed by a legal guardian. 

Transfers: 45-60 minutes by seaplane. Guests receive complimentary daytime access to a luxury seaplane lounge at Male airport on arrival into the Maldives - here they will find complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, snacks and Wi-Fi. 

Facilities: Infinity edge lap pool, main pool with children's area, fully equipped gymnasium, floodlit tennis, badminton/volleyball, billiards, mini golf, shopping centre, private karaoke, library/cyber cafe, full range of activities and excursions.

Diving: The PADI 5 star Golden Palm diving school has professional multi-lingual divers with diving opportunities for both beginners and experienced divers. 

Watersports Centre: The lagoon is perfect for watersports and the centre is located on the beachfront next to the arrival jetty. Private boat hire, family packages on motorised activities, catamaran excursions, a chance to learn to water-ski and wake board. Open daily from 9.00 - 18.30. Guests also receive a complementary guided lagoon snorkelling tour as part of their stay.

The Spa by Thalgo: An award-winning facility with 20 treatment rooms, offering treatments including Warm Stone, Deep Tissue and Swedish Massages. The boutique sells a range of Sundari products and Ayurvedic luxury skin care products.

Meal Arrangements: Guests on B&B receive breakfast at Iru Restaurant. Half Board provides breakfast and dinner. Full board includes this as well as lunch at either Iru, Reflections or Fluid Bar. All-inclusive offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a choice of venues as well as selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served by the glass.

Dining venues: There are 10 restaurants and 5 bars at Sun Siyam Iru Fushi. Flavours is open for dinner serving French classics. Fluid is a casual venue for lunch and drinks beside the pool. Teppanyaki offers a show cooking experience for lunch and dinner. La Cremeria offers ice creams, milkshakes, and smoothies. The Cellar is the place to be for wine tasting and pairings. Water’s Edge is a stylish bar with live entertainment and music. Reflections is an adults-only poolside venue serving drinks and light snacks. The Spa Café is beside the The Spa by Thalgo serving healthy dishes. Bubble Lounge offers a sophisticated service and fine champagnes and wines. Iru Restaurant is the main venue serving a buffet of international cuisine. Islander’s Grill is a beachside spot with weekly BBQs and fresh seafood. The Trio is suspended on the lagoon offering Italian classics. Taste of India boasts authentic curries, dals, and breads. Bamboo specialises in Southeast Asian cuisine.

Check In/Out: Check in at 2pm and check out at 12 noon.  Where possible early morning arrivals may be able to check in prior to 2pm.

Deluxe Beach Villa: These villas have the same features and facilities as the Beach Villas but also have a private sala where guests can unwind overlooking the ocean. These villas can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children.

Deluxe Beach Villa with Pool:  Incredibly spacious, these villas feature a private al fresco bathroom complete with a large bathtub, a rain head shower and a canopy daybed. Inside, guests can enjoy all the luxuries expected including a large walk in wardrobe and a spacious bedroom which leads to your private pool and sala. These villas can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children.

Family Deluxe Beach Villa with Pool: These villas are similar to the Deluxe Beach Villa with Pool but are slightly larger with a separate living area and can accommodate up to two adults and three children or four adults and one child.

Pool Beach Villa: Spacious in design, these villas feature a large open plan bedroom and a separate living area which leads to your private and enclosed pool and sun deck, complete with a bath for two. These rooms can accommodate up to four adults and one child or two adults or three children. These villas are ideal for families due to the enclosed pool or for couples seeking complete privacy.

Water Villa: Open plan and enjoying panoramic views of the ocean, these contemporary villas have a spacious bedroom, a lounge area, a bathroom offering a rain head shower, double vanity unit and a bath with enchanting views. Outside, guests can enjoy an expansive deck overhanging the Indian Ocean. These villas can accommodate up to three adults and one child or two adults and two children.

Horizon Water Villa: These villas offer the same features and facilities as the Water Villas but have breathtaking uninterrupted views to the horizon which you can enjoy from your private Jacuzzi on the deck. These rooms can accommodate three adults and one child or two adults and two children.

Sunset Horizon Water Villa: Set facing the sunset these villas have the same features and facilities as the Horizon Water Villa and can accommodate up to three adults and one child or two adults and two children.

Infinity Water Villa with Pool: Opulent and spacious these villas are exclusive with only five on the island. Inside, guests can enjoy a spacious master bedroom, a separate living area and bathroom with walk in showers, both indoor and outdoors, and a spacious bath overlooking the ocean. Each room has sliding doors which seamlessly lead out on to the multi tiered sundeck with its dining area, sun loungers, private sala and pool. These Villas can accommodate up to four adults and one child or two adults and three children.

Hidden Retreat: Set within the natural landscape of the island, the retreat is a spacious and private hideaway with two large bedrooms with their own en suites with spa baths and waterfall showers. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious sundeck complete with a swimming pool, loungers and a canopy sun bed. This villa can accommodate up to four adults and two children or six adults.

Aqua Retreat: Sprawling over the Indian Ocean this spacious and luxurious retreat features two master bedrooms each with a private en suite and terrace. Celebrity Retreat: This exclusive and private two storey villa is ideal for a large family or a group travelling together.  With three bedrooms, multiple living areas and lounging spots plus the wrap around balconies and a spacious sun deck complete with a large swimming pool and sun loungers. Spa treatments can be enjoyed in your private spa pavilion in the retreat’s gardens. The Celebrity retreat can accommodate up to six adults and four children or ten adults.
