All we need to know is...
1. Your ideal destination or style of holiday,
2. Your preferred dates of travel and the number of nights that you would like to stay,
3. If flights are required: airline and class.
You can use the Villas of the Caribbean website to find out availability and accommodation prices for specific periods. However if you would prefer to contact our travel specialists to discuss which villa is suitable for you then please do. We can create a bespoke holiday based on your specific requirements – the more information you are able to give us, the more we can tailor the holiday to suit you. We want to give you the best possible quotation, so if you have any flexibility in your dates and requirements, please let us know that too.
Once you have chosen your holiday, we will confirm availability, price, and reserve the flight seats and accommodation. We cannot reserve charter flight seats without a completed booking form and deposit, but don't worry, our lovely team of experts will guide you through the process from start to finish.
The booking form will be emailed to you (you can find the link in any email you have received from our sales team) - when completing this please do make sure that all details are correct and that all party members' names are spelt exactly as they appear on the passports! This is vital to ensure that you do not incur any charges for making subsequent changes if needed. All you then have to do is send us the completed booking form along with the deposit required– usually 25% for villa holidays. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance as soon as you book so that you are covered against cancellation charges due to unforeseen circumstances. You can find more information about travel insurance on the Tropic Breeze website. Once we receive your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice.
A security deposit will be payable on arrival at the villa ($350 upwards depending on the cost of the villa) - this will be returned to you 1 week after departure unless there is any damage.
The balance of your holiday is due 70 days before your departure - we will specify the date on your confirmation invoice. Please ensure that the balance payment is sent as soon as it is due, as late payments are treated as a cancellation.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). As of 13 January 2018, no surcharge will be added for payments made by personal credit or debit cards but a 2.5% surcharge will apply for payment by company card. We do not accept payment by American Express or non-UK bank card. We will process card payments based on the type of card advised by the client, however, we reserve the right to surcharge the client if the bank later charges the company.
E-tickets are issued and will be posted by second class mail 2-3 weeks prior to your departure, to the address of the party leader.
All the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
